Lead times
Almost the entire range is made to order, so the lead time depends on the mill and the direction:
- European wallcoverings — 4 to 12 weeks;
- a bespoke rug from a drawing — 4 to 6 months;
- ready rug collections from the mill's stock — about a month;
- curtains and textiles — quoted by a manager after measurement.
The exact lead time for your item is confirmed by a manager at checkout: it depends on the mill's availability at the moment of ordering.
Delivery
We work across Kazakhstan. Delivery terms and cost within the city and to the regions: [text pending the client's approval].
Payment
Items with a listed price are ordered through the cart. An item without a price does not mean "unavailable": such materials are quoted against your quantity, so you leave a request and a manager sends the calculation.
