Why we work by appointment
We hold no warehouse of ready rolls: almost everything is brought in for a specific project. The samples of the relevant collections are pulled in advance, and each area has its own dedicated consultant. Without an appointment you will most likely hear "we will check and call you back"; with one, you will see the options laid out on the table and get an answer on lead times right away.
Before the visit
A manager clarifies the brief — the room, the style, the quantity — and selects the collections worth looking at.
At the showroom
The samples are already laid out and the consultant for your area is ready for you. We look at the texture in person and work out quantities and lead times.
Afterwards
You receive a quote for the selected items with the mill's real lead time — before payment, not after.
